茶油水化脱胶工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了6种茶油水化脱胶工艺效果及该工艺对茶油品质的影响,并对中温水化脱胶工艺的条件进行了优化。结果表明:常规水化脱胶和湿法脱胶工艺能满足茶油的脱胶要求,对酸价、过氧化值和碘价的影响较小,并有较高的工艺得率;中温水化脱胶的最佳工艺条件为,水化温度为60℃,加水量占茶油质量的30%,水化时间30min。

【Abstract】 The effect and the quality of six degumming processes were studied, and conditions of the intermediate hydrated degumming process were optimized. Results indicated that both the conventional hydrated degumming and the wet degumming technique can meet the standard of degumming, and they not only had little negative effect on the acid value, peroxidation, and iodine value, but had a high oil yield. The optimal condition for intermediate hydro-degumimng was 60 ℃ temperature, water added 30% as much as the quantity of oil, and hydrating duration 30 min.
