固硫剂的制备
The preparation of sulfur-fixing agent
【摘要】 简述了固硫剂固硫技术的机理,通过对当前几种固硫剂进行分析比较,提出在一定的温度下由电石渣和Fe2O3制得的复合固硫剂具有较好的固硫效果,固硫效率可达70.11%,其最佳Ca、S比为2.5∶1,Fe2O3的最佳用量为0.6%(质量分数),并对用炼钢炉渣替代Fe2O3制得的复合固硫剂的固硫效率进行了实验,结果表明,两者的固硫效果大致相同,炼钢炉渣完全可以作为固硫剂的催化剂。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of sulfur-fixing technology using sulfur-fixing agent was described briefly.Through analysing and comparing several kinds of sulfur-fixing agents,it was found that the complex sulfur-fixing agent prepared from carbide slag and Fe2O3 had better sulfur-fixing effects at certain temperature.The sulfur-fixing efficiency could reach 70.11% and the optimum ratio of Ca to S was 2.5∶1 and the optimum mass rate of Fe2O3 was 0.6%.Experiments on the sulfur-fixing effects of another complex sulfur-fixing agent prepared from carbide slag and iron furnace slag which was used to replace Fe2O3 was carried out and the results showed that the sulfur-fixing effects of these two complex sulfur-fixing agent were nearly the same,which indicated that the iron furnace slag could be used as the catalyst for sulfur-fixing agent.
