基于以太网控制的自动化生产线
The Automatic Production Line Based on Ethernet
【摘要】 针对目前应用领域中各种现场总线并存给生产带来兼容性的问题,探讨了现场总线的最终发展方向———工业以太网.通过自动化生产线的实例,论证了监控系统中以太网的可行性.使用统一的以太网构建系统,可实现网络的无接缝性,保证了协议的完全透明性,并将这种实现方式推广到其他领域,从而证实了系统的优越性.
【Abstract】 Aimed at solving the compatibility problems in the production process brought by all kinds of FCS existing in the application field, the paper explores the final development direction of the FCS industrial ethernet and prove the feasibility of the Ethernet in supervising and control system by the example of automation production line. After constructed by the uniform Ethernet, the system can realize no seaming and assures the complete transparency of the protocol. The paper also, proves the advantage of the realization mode, and extends this mode to many fields based on it.
