基于单片机的通用型五相混合式步进电机驱动器设计

【摘要】 分析了电脑绣花机系统中,现有的五相混合式步进电机驱动器存在低频转矩振荡、高频输出转矩不足和多电源供电及不通用等诸多不足之处的基础上,设计出一种基于单片机的通用型五相混合式步进电机驱动器.该驱动器使用单一电源供电,驱动五相电机时采用三相励磁PWM输出方式,改善了驱动的矩频特性;同时,此驱动器在不脉冲细分的情形下,可以驱动二、三、四相步进电机。此设计在电脑绣花机系统中投入应用,并取得良好的效果.

【Abstract】 Base on the analysis of the defects of present five-phase hybrid stepping motor drivers in computerised embroidery machine such as low frequency torque vibrations, high frequency inadequate torque output, multi power supplies and out of general-purpose, this paper designs a general-purpose stepping motor driver based on MCU. The new driver uses single power supply and three-phase excitation and gives PWM output. The design improves the stability in low frequency and the torque-frequency characteristic in high frequency. Even under the condition without impulse-subdivision, it can excite the motor of 2,3,4 phases. It has been applied in the computerised embroidery machine and has achieved a real good effect.
