【Abstract】 To improve safety toxicology evaluation material of CN, The test of LD50 was examined by the better Barber means; The accumulative toxicity test was studied by the twenty-day accumulative test in mice .The results demonstrated that LD50 was over 60 973mg/kg in the acute toxicity test; there was not obvious accumulatively in mice in the accumulative toxicity test .The results suggested that CN was Impoisonous material.更多还原
