【Abstract】 Two experiments were conducted with the fresh embryo and freezing embryo implanted in the uterine hom under conditions of the lower dosages of PMSG, FSH and AI+ET, and results showed that the pregnancy rate and twins rate in the FSH group were higher than those of in the lower dosages of PMSG group, which were 4% and 6.6% respectively, and they were 4% and 8.6% higher than those in the normal dosages of PMSG group. It also indicated that the twins rate was 2%higher than that of the AI+ET experimental group, and it was 8% higher than the freezing embryo as well.更多还原
