【Abstract】 A quantitative analysis system of materials microstructure is set up using digital image processing and stereology principles. The system configure, some main methods of image processing and analysis, measuring characteristic parameters of microstructure and analyzing error are described in detail. Finally, development trend in this research is discussed. The results show that the system of materials microstructure based on computer image processing is of practicability, advancement and wide application potential.更多还原
