菊花鲜切花染色技术的研究
Study on the Technique of Dyeing Fresh Cut Chrysanthemum
【摘要】 利用苹果绿、亮蓝和胭脂红3种食用色素对白色菊花切花品种"秀芳白"进行人工染色试验。结果表 明:3种色素均可使"秀芳白"染色。但花瓣开始着色和达到最佳观赏效果所需时间以及染色效果有明显差别。 亮蓝质量浓度为20 mg/L时染色约13 h效果最好,染色后切花具有较高的观赏性。
【Abstract】 " Xiufangbai" cultivar of white cut flower of chrysanthemum was dyed artificially with 3 kinds of food color, Apple Green ,Brilliant Blue and Ponceau 4R. The results showed that all the 3 kinds of food color can make "Xiufangbai"dyed, and there are differences in the beginning time and ending time of flower petal dyeing for the optimal effect of appreciation. The different dyeing with different dyes has various effects on colouring. The optimal effect of appreciation is obtained by applying Brilliant Blue
