【Abstract】 78 endophytes were isolated and obtained from yew tree, Taxus cuspidata. According to the morphological characterization and ITS gene sequences, these 78 species belong to 26 genera, which fall into two groups, Ascomycotina and Deutermycotina. They are 3 genera of Ascomycotina and 23 genera of Deutermycotina. The result show the variety in endophytic fungi of the yew tree. In these endophytes, 4 species can produce taxol.更多还原
