双向电泳技术分析白刺盐胁迫蛋白的表达
2D Electrophoresis Analysis of Expression of Salt-Induced Protein in Nitraria sibirica pall
【摘要】 为从蛋白质分子水平上阐述白刺耐盐碱胁迫的机理,通过SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳技术和双向电泳技术分析了白刺在盐碱胁迫时特异性蛋白质的表达。结果显示:与对照相比较,白刺在盐碱胁迫时,蛋白总量没有明显改变,但是特异蛋白表达有明显的变化。其中66,60,42,33,28,23,20kD蛋白表达明显增加,而22,16kD蛋白表达明显降低。该研究为进一步从分子水平研究白刺在盐碱胁迫时蛋白与基因表达的变化奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Nitraria L is an ideal material for salt-base gene research. The differential protein expression of salt-base induced N.sibirica L was analyzed with SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and 2D electrophoresis. The research showed the total protein did not change and the single salt-base induced protein changed obviously in salt-base induced N.sibirica L. The expression of 66,60,42,33,28, 23, 20 kD proteins increased and the expression of 22 and 16 kD proteins decreased in salt-base induced N.sibirica L. This research lays a foundation for further study on molecular mechanism of salt-base induced protein regulating in N.sibirica pall.
