水体镉污染对水稻幼株生长及某些生理特性的影响

【摘要】 试验采用不同浓度(0,0 1,5,30,100mg/L)的CdCl2溶液模拟水体镉污染,研究其对水稻种子和幼株的影响。结果表明:Cd2+明显抑制水稻幼株的生长,降低株高和根长,减少根数。Cd2+使根系活力和硝酸还原酶(NR)活性降低,游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白含量明显减少,严重干扰了水稻幼株的代谢过程。此外,高浓度的Cd2+(100mg/L)引起水稻幼株根尖变褐,呈现中毒反应。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the effect of simulative water Cd pollution on growth and some physiological indicators of young rice plants. Young plants were treated with CdCl2 at: 0(ck), 0.1, 5, 30, (100 mg/L) concentrations. Results showed that Cd2+ inhibited growth of rice seedlings significantly, plant height was shortened and root number was reduced. Chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate (Pn) of young plants were reduced significantly by Cd2+.Root activity and nitrate reductase(NR), content of free amino acids, soluble sugar and soluble protein were reduced. Besides, root tops of young plants were browned with higher concentration Cd2+(100 mg/L).
