高速逆流色谱法分离附子中的15-a-羟基新乌碱
Separation of 15-α-OH Neoline from Aconitum carmichaeli By High-Speed Countercurrent Chromatography
【摘要】 采用高速逆流色谱法对附子中的化学成分进行研究,分离得到了15 α 羟基新乌碱单体。溶剂系统为氯仿-甲醇-盐酸(0.3mol L)=4∶3∶2,上层为固定相,下层为流动相。流速1.8mL min,转速850r min。并对其结构进行了鉴定。
【Abstract】 Using High-Speed Countercurrent Chromatography(HSCCC),the author obtained 15-α-OH Neoline from Aconitum carmichaeli. with two-phase solvent system composed of chioroform-methanol-hydrochloric acid(4∶3∶2 in volume ratio).The mobile phase is the lower phase and operated at a flow-rate of 1.8 mL/min,while the apparatus rotated at 850 r/min. Its structure was identified.
