AMT离合器接合过程中的压力控制
Pressure control of AMT clutch during engaging
【摘要】 为了解决离合器特性在AMT的批量生产中出现较大的离散性和在长期运行过程中因磨损等导致的漂移等问题,提出了一种基于压力控制的离合器控制方法。该方法可以直接控制离合器传递扭矩的大小,而且与离合器的制造、装配误差和磨损情况无关。有效地改善了AMT的离合器控制性能,并且为AMT的批量生产提供了保证。
【Abstract】 Clutch characters vary largely during the series production and the longtime running because of wear. A clutch control method based on pressure control was suggested to solve these problems. Independent from the manufacture tolerance and running wear,this method controls directly the torque transferred by the clutch,and improves the clutch control quality of AMT effectively. This is helpful for the series production conformity of the AMT.
