【Abstract】 The adjustment of American global strategies after the cold war changes the benefit base of the relationship of China and America and make the relationship of China and America be in the state of sometimes cold and sometimes hot. The terrorism attack matter of 9·11has a great effect on the adjustment of American global strategies, the American government takes the terrorism as the main threatening and takes the anti-terrorism as the main task, which is benefit for the change of the relationship of China and America.
