推进制度创新 提升高校教研室整体教研水平
Promoting innovation of system and improving the research level of teaching and research section
【摘要】 教研室是高等院校组织完成各项教学和科研任务的基层组织。制度创新有利于充分发挥 教研室在集体备课、新教师培养、集体评卷、教师整体水平提高等方面的作用。
【Abstract】 Teaching and research section is the basic organization to accomplish all kinds of teaching and research task in higher schools. The innovation of system can benefit to put the role of teaching and research section into full play.
