【摘要】 分析了历史负荷中异常数据对负荷预报影响,并对实际电力系统中异常负荷数据进行了简单的分类。为了满足实际对负荷预报精度的要求,提高短期负荷预测的准确性,介绍了几种常用的异常数据修正方法,提出了一种新的异常数据识别和修正方法,以实际电力系统的应用数据证明了这种方法的有效性和适用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of anomalous data consisted in the historic load data to load forecasting has been analyzed in this paper. Anomalous data in practical power system has been classified simply. In order to render improvement of the accuracy load forecasting, it is put forward a new way that anomalous data is identified and modified based on some ways of manipulation of anomalous load data. The result of practical examples shows that the above mentioned application is effective and practical.更多还原
