【Abstract】 Since the introduction of reform and open-up policy, the economy of northeast old industrial base maintains growing at a high rate. However, for some kinds of reasons, little changes occurred to the growth-mode of northeast old industrial base economy. The industrial structure upgrades slowly and the whole area shows something of stagnation recently. The paper bases on the optimizing and upgrading of industrial structure, analyzing the measures to realize the northeast old industrial base’s rejuvenation. In the end, it puts forward an idea of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base through the way of new industrialization road.更多还原
