【摘要】 目的　了解小学教师的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法　采用 SCL-90、EPQ、社会支持和社会期望值量表对 2 63名小学教师进行评定。结果　 1小学教师心理健康各因子检出率排前几位的为强迫、偏执、抑郁、人际关系 ,躯体化和精神病性两因子所占比较最小。 2在心理健康各因子及总分上 ,骨干教师和普通教师存在显著差异 ;除偏执因子呈明显性别差异 ,其它各症状因子性别差异不显著 ;已婚和未婚不呈现显著性差异。 3心理健康总分及各症状因子与神经质、精神质、客观支持、主观支持、教师类型等因素关系较大且较普遍。结论　小学教师的心理健康状况受多方面因素影响 ,心理卫生工作者应根据其心理健康的影响因素加强小学教师的心理健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sutdy the mental health and influencing factors of teachers in primary school.Methods 263 teachers in primary school were assessed with the SCL-90,EPQ,Social Support Scale and Marlowe-Crowne Social Desirability.Results There was significant difference in mental health between excellent teachers and general teachers,but there was no significance between sexes except crankiness,The same is to married and unmarried teachers,and mental health was correlated with EPQ-N,EPQ-P score,objective support ,subjective support and etc significantly.Conclusion Many factors were relevant to the mental health of primary teachers ,we should strengthen the mental health education according to their personality and so on.更多还原
