【摘要】 目的　了解新乡市中小学教师的心理健康状况。方法　采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )对新乡市 1 1 6名中小学教师进行问卷调查 ,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果　新乡市中小学教师 SCL-90的总分、总均分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分均比全国常模高 ;中学教师除躯体化因子和强迫因子外 ,各因子分均高于小学教师 ;高中教师各因子分均高于初中教师 ;重点中学教师各因子分高于普通中学教师。结论　中小学教师存在心理问题 ,中学教师较小学教师严重 ,重点中学教师尤为严重。中小学教师的心理健康应予以高度关注更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the mental health status of primary and middle school teachers in Xinxiang,and to provide scientific basis for promoting their psychological quality.Methods The mental health status in 116 primary and middle school teachers were asessed with SCL-90,and the results were analysed .Results The SCL-90 total score,total mean score,positive symptom items,somatization,compulsion,melancholy,anxiety,hostile,phobia,paranoia,psychsis sub-scale in primary and middle school teachers were higher than the norm.Other factors except somatization and compulsion of middle teachers were all higher than primary ones;each factor of senior middle school teachers was all higher than that of junior ones;each factor of key middle school teachers was higher than that of ordinary ones.Conclusion Primary and middle school teachers owned psychological questions and their psychological health must be paid high attention to.更多还原
