醛酮胺缩合物的合成及缓蚀性能研究

【摘要】 以酮类、甲醛和有机胺为原料合成了曼尼希碱,用失重法评价了产物在质量分数为15%或20%盐酸中对N 80钢片的缓蚀性能。合成的优化缓蚀剂DS 17在介质温度为40~80℃,腐蚀时间4h,缓蚀剂加量0.8%的腐蚀试验中,腐蚀速度小于5.0g/m2·h。其缓蚀作用的过程可能是曼尼希碱与铁原子(离子)络合吸附成膜,通过覆盖效应起到缓蚀作用。

【Abstract】 A series of Mannich base were synthesized by the condensation reaction of formialdehyde, ketone and amine. The properties of the products in 15% or 20%HCl were evaluated by weight loss test. The results show that the rate of corrosion is less than 5.0g/m2·h by adding 0.8% inhibitor DS-17.The mechanism of inhibitor probably is that the Mannich bases can form a film upon Fe (Fe2+) through chelation and adsorption,the inhibitive effect is achieved by the covering effect of the film.
