棒状纳米BaFe12O19粉体的制备与表征
Preparation and characterization of rod-like BaFe12O19 nano-particals
【摘要】 研究了溶胶 凝胶法制备M型钡铁氧体纳米粉体过程中,起始溶液pH值、煅烧温度、时间等对产物性能的影响。用X射线衍射仪,透射电子显微镜和红外吸收光谱仪对粉体的结构、形貌进行表征。研究发现,在pH值为4,煅烧温度为850℃,煅烧时间为2h的条件下,合成出从未见报道的棒状钡铁氧体纳米粉体。
【Abstract】 The rod-like BaFe12O19 nano-powders with M-type structure were synthesized by sol-gel method.The effects of pH of the solution and calcination temperature on ferrite products were investigated.The crystal structure,grain size and morphology were studied by means of XRD,TEM and IR spectra.The results showed that the rod-like BaFe12O19 was successfully fabricated in the conditions of pH=4,calcination temperature at 850 ℃ and calcination time about 2 h.
