【摘要】 目的　探讨充血性心力衰竭 (congestiveheartfailure ,CHF)时血清甲状腺激素 (thyroidhor mone ,T3)和肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (troponinⅠ ,cTnI)异常变化及意义。方法　收集CHF患者 6 0例 ,其中心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级各 2 0例。同时选取 30例健康人作为对照组。通过化学免疫荧光法定量测定血清T3及cTnI水平。结果　CHF患者血T3水平明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而CHF患者血cTnI较对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 1)。心衰越重 ,降低或增高越明显。不同程度CHF患者 ,组间差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。CHF纠正后 ,血T3明显回升 ,而cTnI明显下降 ;与治疗前相比 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论　CHF患者血T3和cTnI变化与CHF严重程度密切相关 :而且CHF时 ,T3和cTnI呈负相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of thyroid hormone and troponin I(cTnI) in congestive heart failure.Methods 60 CHF patients were divided into three groups according to the degree of heart failure. Serum levels of T3 and cTnI were measured by chemical fluorescence immunosorbantassay.Results In CHF patients, the level of serum T 3 were lower than control group. The level of cTnI increased markedly in CHF patients (P<0.01) .In severe patients with wevere CHF, the change of T 3 and cTnI were bigger than the mild patients. There were a great change among different degree of CHF (P<0.05) . After CHF improvement, serum T 3 incresed and serum cTnI decreased signifacantly (P<0.01).Conclusion The change of serum Ts and cTnI in CHF has close correlation with the degree of CHF; the level of serum T 3 is negatively correlated with that of cTnI.更多还原
