【摘要】 目的:观察基础康复结合电子偏瘫治疗仪治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者临床效果。方法:将90例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为综合康复组(在基础康复治疗同时加用电子偏瘫治疗仪治疗)、康复组(仅进行基础康复治疗)和对照组(不行任何康复治疗)各30例,观察入院时及3个月后简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及BI ADL评分。结果:3组比较,综合治疗组治疗后简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及BI ADL评分明显高于康复治疗组(P<0.01),康复治疗组治疗后评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基础康复是脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗较为理想的方法,基础康复结合电子偏瘫治疗仪综合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复有较好的促进作用,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the combine base rehabilitation with electronic therapeutic e quiprnents on hemiplegia after stroke. Method: 90 cases were randomly divided into comprehensive rehabilitation group(combine base rehabilitation with electron therapeutic equpment),rehabilitation group (only base rehabilitation)and control group(without any rehabilitation therapy). Fugl-meyer motor funcation and Barthel Index ADL were used to evaluate the patients in the three groups before and after three monthes treatment. Results: Making a comparison in the three groups, the motor scores (measured by Fugl-meyer) and ADL (measured by Barth index) in the comprehensive therapeatic group were obviously superior to the rehabilitation group(P< 0.01). The rehabilitation group was obviously superior to the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Base rehabilitation is an ideal therapeutic method in hemiplegia after stroke. Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy using combine base rehableitation with electron therapeatic equipment for hemiplegia after stroke may obviously promote their funcation recovery,and it is , therefore, worth for clinical use.更多还原
