【Abstract】 A new optimum design method to minimize the average of the square sum of stresses is used. A mathematical model to statically optimize the layout of the rigid frame with inclined piers and one constraint of constant volume by the V-form river valley is established, a method of direct search is used to seek the most optimized variability.
