含氧燃料——二甲醚合成技术发展现状分析(二)
Development of Dimethyl Ether Synthesis Technology
【摘要】 基于优良的燃烧和动力特性及友好的环境特性 ,二甲醚作为柴油和LPG的代用品 ,在国内外均呈现蓬勃发展的态势。两步法气相甲醇脱水流程长 ,但工艺成熟 ;一步法合成气直接合成技术新颖 ,但尚处于发展阶段。满足燃料生产大宗化、低成本的需要 ,二甲醚的出路在于采用先进工艺 ,建设 (超 )大型化生产装置 ,同时也需要积极的配套政策支持。
【Abstract】 Dimethyl Ether(DME)is a good substitute for diesel oil and PLG and is developing rapidly now. There are two kinds of DME synthesis processes: one is called two-step method and DME is made from methanol, the other is called one-step method and DME is made from CO and H2directly. In order to satisfy the future market demand, the direction of development of DME is to enlarge its plant capacity by using advance and ripe technology. It is necessary for government to supply suitable policy too.
