【Abstract】 To determine the content of chitin in different part of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker, we detected the content of chitin in adults, body wall, exuviate and just exuviated female adults with digested method. It is found that the content of chitin is 11.50%, 12.99% , 11.02% and 3.15% respectively. How to take advantage of exuviate and the relationship of chitin and the pharmacological function of ? sinensis are discussed briefly.更多还原
