【Abstract】 Basing on a reason analysis on the rise and fall of Shuidong bay resort in Maoming, this paper considers that the changes of a coastal resort competitive advantage cause its rise and fall, and restructuring competitive advantage of a coastal resort is a core of restructuring its development strategies.
