【Abstract】 With the development of economic globalization, the global process of R&D of MNC is pushed and become one of the most active fields in the MNC’s theory. Based on the practical investigation, the location distribution and differential characteristics of foreign capital R&D of Shanghai is studied in the article by GIS. And the author also analyze the reasons of location differentiation of foreign capital R&D in Shanghai and draw a conclusion in the end.更多还原
