【摘要】 高等农职教育是培养应用型高级农业技术人才的教育 ,具有职业针对性强、技艺性强、对学生实践与操作能力要求高等特点。要保证人才培养质量 ,不仅要求搞好理论教学 ,更要加强实践教学。只有合理确定实践教学目标与教学体系 ,建立最佳教学模式 ,同时加强实践基地与实践教学师资队伍建设 ,才能达到预期的教学目标 ,保证应有的教学质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher agricultural vocational education aims at training higher agricultural application technicians, with the characteristics of high pertinency, high skills, high requirement in students’ practical and operational abilities. To ensure the quality of the training, we should not only strengthen theoretical teaching, but also improve practical teaching.
