【Abstract】 Based on the investigation, we found out that problems had existed in the continuing education of primary and middle school teachers, such as low self consciousness, passive behavior, students avoiding the important and dwelling on the trivial in selecting courses, becoming a mere formality, and emphasizing outside school training but belittling school based training etc. This paper puts forward some beneficial reference to the lead and control of continuing education for primary and middle school teachers.更多还原
