浅析教师专业发展中的“高原现象”
On the “Plateau Phenomenon” in the Development of Teaching Profession
【摘要】 教师在专业发展过程中常常会遇到“高原现象” ,制约着个人的成长。帮助教师正确认识“高原现象” ,早日突破“高原期” ,对于教师的专业成长具有非常重要的现实意义
【Abstract】 Plateau Phenomenon” always occurs in the process of development of teaching profession, which limits the development of individualities. It is practically significant to help teachers to realize it and conquer it earlier.
