【摘要】 对中外(主要是美国)券商收入结构的比较研究,发现我国券商与美国券商在收入结构上存在着明显的差异,表现为我国券商收入结构畸形,此己成为制约我国券商发展的瓶颈。因此,面对资本市场逐步走向开放下的国际券商的竞争,如何突破收入结构缺陷成为券商生存的关键。全方位调整和扩展券商的业务空间、进行业务创新应成为当前提高券商竞争力的根本。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’ s found that the income structure in China security companies is unbalanced while comparing to the ones in America. So it becomes the main barrier during the course of our security companies development. Therefore, in China, it is critical to solve the problems on income structure which is facing competition internationally and the opening policy of the capital market. Entire adjustment and expansion of the security business and innovation is the foundation for the security companies to improve their competitive advantages in the international markets.更多还原
