井冈山自然保护区甜槠群落优势种群间联结性研究
Interspeciofic association of dominant plant populations of Castanopsis eyrei comimunity in Jinggang Mountain Nature Reserve
【摘要】 采用2×2联列表,通过方差分析、x2-检验、OI指数及DI指数对井冈山甜槠(Castanopsiseyrei)群落样地中13个优势种群的种间相关性与联结性进行了定量分析,结果表明:井冈山栲属群落13个优势种群的总体种间关联性呈显著正关联,反映该群落处于稳定的顶极阶段;13个优势种群的种间联结关系中1个种对具有极显著正联结,8个种对具有显著正联结,13个种对具有负联结.78个种对中,绝大多数种对联结关系未达到显著水平,种对间的独立性相对较强,这种种间联结的松散性可能与目前群落的发展阶段及种本身的生态学特性有关.目前,群落处于比较稳定的顶极阶段.
【Abstract】 In this paper,Adopting the 2×2 contingency table,the analysis of different indices including the analysis of variance,the x2-test,the Ochiai coefficient and the Dice coefficient were used to analyzed the species association between 13 dominant populations in Castanopsis eyrei community in Jinggangshan Mountain Nature Reserve. The result of analysis shows that significantly positive correlation exist among the common populations there ,which indicated that the community is in a stable climax stage. The x2 - test indicated that among these 13 dominant populations, 1 species pairs exhibited highly significant positive association, another 8 species pairs showed significant positive association, 13 species pairs exhibited negative association,.Most of the 78 species pairs did not show significant association, which refleets the independence of species pairs.The loose interspecific association is possibly related to developmental stage of community and ecological features of species.At present ,they have arrive climax stable stage.
