高等学校实施双语教学的现状分析及对策

【摘要】 目前 ,各个高校纷纷开始实施双语教学的理论研究和教学模式的探讨。高校双语教学存在着对双语教学认识不清、定位不准和师资不足、外文教材缺乏等诸多问题。高校双语教学应制定长远规划 ,以点带面 ,逐步推进 ;大力开展双语师资培训 ,改革教师用人制度 ;坚持适用性原则 ,慎重选用教材 ;坚持针对性、渐进性原则 ,灵活采用教学形式 ;采取倾斜政策 ,扶持双语教学的开展

【Abstract】 At present,theoretical research about bilingual teaching and approach to it arises in various colˉleges.Regarding college bilingual teaching,there are some problems,such as incorrect idea of this kind of teaching,unclear ain,shortage of teachers,and lack of teaching materials in foreign languages.We need long-term plans for college bilingual teaching.We should set up models for step-by-step popularization,offer training for would-be bilingual teachers,reform rules and practice concerning the use of teachers,adhere to the principle of appropriateˉness,be discreet in choice of teaching materials,comply with the principles of to the point and step-by-step progression,be flexible in choice of teaching modes,and adopt favourable policies so as to forward the development of bilingual teaching.
