【摘要】 目的 :通过对 5 3例中风先兆证患者头颅CT影像及相关血液流变学检查研究 ,探索中风先兆证的CT影像规律性及相关血液流变学变化。方法 :对 5 3例中医诊断为中风先兆证的患者进行前瞻性双盲法CT影像研究 ,观察其病变性质、部位、大小范围、脑实质弥漫性病变与陈旧病变等情况 ,同时进行血液流变学的观测。结果 :中风先兆证的头颅CT影像有一定的规律性 ,其血液流变学也有相应的变化 ,但具体各证候之间缺乏显著性差异。结论 :头颅CT扫描可以为中风先兆证的患者提供一定的辨证、辨期客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the role of CT appearance and hemorhelogy by studying CT appearance and hemorhelogy of 53 apoplexy omen syndrome patients.Methods:With prospective and double blind procedure research ways,CT imaging of 53 apoplexy omen syndrome patients were studied by analyzing nature,position,size,scope of lesions and diffuse and oboslete pathological changes of brain.Results:There was regularity in head CT appearance and hemorhelogy of apoplexy omen syndrome,but there was no significant difference among every syndrome.Conclusion: Head CT scan may provide objective evidence for TCM distinguish of apoplexy omen syndrome.更多还原
