【摘要】 目的:了解育龄人群及计划生育工作人员对避孕节育知情选择的认知与需求。方法:采用专题小组访谈的定性研究方法,选择山西省榆次区的两个乡,将每个乡不同年龄段的育龄妇女、计划生育技术人员和行政管理干部分为6组,两乡共12组。由项目专家主持,分组详谈。结果:大多数育龄妇女对生殖健康知识有所了解。她们均支持避孕方法知情选择的开展。多数计划生育工作人员认为知情选择的开展应因地而异。结论:避孕节育方法知情选择在榆次地区可接受并有可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine knowledge and needs of informed choice of contraception among married people and staffs working at family planning. Methods: The different ages of child-bearing women, workers and administrative staffs from two counties of Yuci district of Shanxi were divided into 12 groups as the experiment group and the control group. Group discussion was conducted among different groups and qualitative analysis was used. Results: Most child-bearing women had some knowledge of productive health, and welcomed the informed choice of contraception. The most of workers thought that we should carry out informed choice of contraception according to the local conditions. Conclusion: It is acceptable and feasible to develope informed choice of contraception in Yuci district.更多还原
