【摘要】 目的:了解已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染相关知识状况、影响因素及来源途径,为后续开展干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用整群分层的抽样方法,对上海市徐汇区4个街道60个居委会共1646名已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查,并用SAS8.2统计软件进行统计分析。结果:已婚育龄妇女对生殖道感染知识有一定的了解,但也存在着一些认识误区,其知识水平主要受年龄、文化程度、职业、户口所在地等因素的影响;书报杂志、影视广播和医务人员是已婚育龄妇女获得生殖道感染相关知识的主要途径;不同年龄、文化的已婚育龄妇女获得知识的主要途径也不尽相同。结论:已婚育龄妇女对生殖道感染相关知识的了解程度有待进一步提高,应根据对象的不同特点开展不同形式的健康教育,普及生殖道感染的相关知识,倡导健康的卫生行为,预防生殖道感染的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the knowledge level of RTIs among married women at the age of reproduction in Xuhui district of Shanghai, to find out its influential factors and the approaches they got knowledge to provide scientific evidences for the intervention program. Methods; A number of 1,646 married women under age of 49 from sixty communities of four streets were selected by multistage cluster random sampling, and were investigated face to face on knowledge of RTIs by questionnaire. Software SAS8. 2 was used in data a-nalysis. Results; Although those women had some knowledge of RTIs, they still had some misunderstanding on it. The age, education background, occupations and registered residence were main influence factors. Their knowledge of RTIs came mainly from kinds of sources as following: magazines, newspapers, TV and radio broadcasting, and medical staff, which varied according to educational level and age groups that persons belonged to. Conclusion:Women’ s knowledge on RTIs should be further enhanced. To prevent RTIs effectively, popularizing RTIs knowledge, advocating hygiene habit and carrying out different kinds of health education should be given to them according to their different characteristics.更多还原
