【摘要】 目的:探讨笑气联合利多卡因用于无痛人工流产的临床效果。方法:将150例自愿行人工流产的早孕者随机分为笑气吸人组(A组),利多卡因宫颈注射组(B组)及笑气吸入联合利多卡因宫颈注射组(C组),对3组镇痛效果、扩宫情况、术中出血量、手术时间等进行比较。结果:C组镇痛及扩宫效果明显优于A、B两组,差异有高度显著性意义(P<0.01),而术中出血量、手术时间3组无显著性差异(P>0.05),结论:笑气吸入联合利多卡因宫颈注射用于无痛人工流产。镇痛效果好,副反应少,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study effect of combining nitrous oxide with lidocaine on painless induced abortion. Methods: 150 volunteers who had early pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups: nitrous oxide group ( group A), lidocaine injection group ( group B), and nitrous oxide and lidocaine group (group C). The analgesia effect, dilation degree of cervix, bleeding amount, and operation duration in three groups were observed. Results : The analgesia effect, dilation degree of cervix in group C were obviously better than ones in group A and group B, and there was significant difference (P<0. 01 ). There was on significant difference in bleeding amount and operation duration among three groups ( P>0. 05 ). Conclusion: Combining nitrous oxide with lidocaine has effect on the analgesia and has little side effect for painless induced abortion.更多还原
