【摘要】 目的:评价两种国产皮下埋植剂的避孕效果、副反应和续用率。方法:在安徽省16个计划生育服务站对国产Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型皮下埋植剂进行临床研究,按统一筛选标准接收研究对象(Ⅰ型456例,Ⅱ型513例),并完成24个月的随访。结果:两种埋植剂24个月仅国产Ⅰ型发生1例妊娠,累积妊娠率0.22/百妇女年;24个月累积续用率Ⅰ型为83.98/百妇女年,Ⅱ型为94.33/百妇女年;24个月时副反应主诉发生率国产Ⅰ型为39.2％,Ⅱ型为35.1％,两组之间无显著性差异。结论:两种国产皮下埋植避孕剂均高效、可接受性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy, side effects and continuation rates of two types of sino - subdermal implant. Methods: A clinical study of sino - subdermal implant type Ⅰ and Ⅱ was carried out in 16 service stations of family planning. 456 women who used sino -subdermal implant type Ⅰ and 513 women who used sino - subdermal implant type Ⅱ received 24 - month follow - up according to identical criteson. Results: Only one woman who used sinosubdermal implant type Ⅰ had a pregnancy, and the cumulative pregnancy rate was 0.22%. The cumulative continuation rate of type Ⅰ aod type Ⅱ were 83.98% and 94.33%, respectively. The incidence of side - effect complaint was 39.2% in sino - subdennal implant type Ⅰ and 35.1% in sino - subdermal implant type Ⅱ. There is no significant difference between type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ. Conclusion: The two types of sino - subdermal implant are high effective and well acceptable contraceptive methods.更多还原
