探测器非线性对傅立叶变换轮廓术的影响
Effect caused by nonlinearity of detector in Fourier transform profilometry
【摘要】 本文分析了探测器存在二阶、三阶非线性对傅立叶变换轮廓术的影响 ,对抽样频率的确定给出了严格的理论分析和公式推导。分析表明 :由于非线性的影响 ,必须增大抽样频率才可避免频谱混叠 ,保证傅立叶变换轮廓术的测量精度。计算机模拟实验给出了不同抽样频率对三维重建的影响 ,实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性
【Abstract】 In this paper,We discuss the effect of nonlinearity in detector on Fourier transform profilometry,give the severe analyse of theory and deduction of formulate to decide the sampling frequency.Analysis indicates:due to the effect of nonlinearity,sampling frequency must be increased to avoid overlapping spectrum and ensure the precision of measurement.The effect of 3-D reconstruction by different sampling frequency is given by computer simulation experiment,the result of experiment verifies the correctness of the theory analysis.
