【Abstract】 A new technology based on mobile terminal access network is introduced in this paper.The cryptographic application programming interface applied in desktop and the fixed network access is used in win CE embedded operating system which is developed for PPC and smart mobile phone.The analysis of cryptographic application programming interface used for win 2000/XP migrated to mobile communications and application tactic is discussed.It can bring a new service for mobile e-business.更多还原
