【摘要】 探讨和观察电刺激小脑顶核治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 :96例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 48例 ,治疗组患者在常规药物综合性治疗的基础上 ,同时接受电刺激小脑顶核治疗 ,治疗 1 0d后 ,观察其疗效。结果 :治疗组有效率为 94% ,对照组有效率 87%。两组比较差异具有显著性。结论 :常规药物加电刺激小脑顶核治疗脑梗死有明显疗效 ,有利于患者神经功能的早期康复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and study the clinical effect of Fastigial Nucleus Stimulation(FNS)treating cerebral infarction Methods 96 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group had been treated with FNS on the base of routine medical treatment.We observed the clinical effect after 10 days .Results The treatment group showed great higher incidence.The effective rate of treatment group was 94%.The control group was 87%.There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The FNS had evident clinic efficency on the treatment of cerebral infarction and the nervous deficency could be recovered early.更多还原
