【Abstract】 The creation of teacher’s virtue and skill is to break through of outmoded conventions and to explore the unknown, therefore, it must break through the inherent way of thinking. This article reflects on the tradional teacher’s virtue and skill from several aspects, which are learning to be a teacher, behaving as a model, teaching knowledge, widening space, respecting rights and excuse childish behavior.更多还原
