【摘要】 一人公司是十九世纪以后出现的一种特殊类型的公司。一百多年来,许多国家和地区纷纷出台法律规范对其进行规制。然而,当前我国在此领域内的立法仍属空白,这与国际立法趋势以及我国经济发展的实际需求极不协调。因此,我国应加快相关立法的步伐,要从制度设计上强化内部监督,并适时引入公司法人格否定制度以完善一人公司的法律运作机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 One-man company is a special kind of company that appeared in the 19th century. While it’s still blank in this field in China’s legislation, which is very unparallel to the international legislative trend and the actual demand of China’s economy development. Therefore, we’d quicken the legislation process and design some legal systems to strengthen it’s inner supervision, meanwhile, we can introduce the "Disregard of corporate personality" system to perfect one-man company’s operation.更多还原
