【Abstract】 Philosophy is the quintessence of the real spirit of the times. Marxist philosophy is the crystallization of the human civilization and philosophy achievement, which has answered a series of important issues of human society scientifically. China is one of four major ancient civilized countries, whose culture, in particular, chinese philosophy is glorious and magnificent. The materialism and dialectics in China’s traditional philosophy formed one of the theory sources of Marx’s philosophy.
