【摘要】 目的观察低分子肝素钙治疗2型糖尿病合并微量白蛋白尿的疗效。方法将98例2型糖尿病患者随机按治疗组与安慰组分为两组,治疗组低分子肝素钙5000u。结果每天2次、安慰组用安慰剂,每天两次,疗程为一周。结论低子分肝素钙可降低微量蛋白尿,并延缓糖尿病肾病的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparins calcium in treating 2-type diabetes mellitus with microalbuminria.Methods:98 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treated group was treated with low molecular weight heparins calcium 5000u twice every day and control group was treated with placeebo twice every day.Results:A week as one therapeutic course.The clincial effect of treatment was evaluated.Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparins calcium can reduce microalbuminria,and hinder the development of diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
