【Abstract】 Hormones combination、carbon source of the Houttuynia cordata Thunb were studied. The results showed that the best medium for inducting lateral shoot was MS+6-BA 1.0～2.0 mg/ L+NAA 0.1～0.5 mg/L. The optional concentration was 2%～3% sucrose. The suitable rooting culture medium was MS+6-BA 0.25 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L.更多还原
