The Responses of a Silent Hodgkin-Huxley Neuron to Sinusoidal Signal
【摘要】 研究了无噪声影响下的Hodgkin Huxley神经元在正弦信号刺激下的动力学行为 ,并利用“魔梯”图和峰峰间期分布图来分别描述。数值模拟结果表明 ,当信号振幅一定时 ,神经元的发放情况随频率而改变 ;当信号的频率一定时 ,峰峰间期分布随振幅而改变 ,相应地 ,峰峰间期序列也具有不同的特点
【Abstract】 The responses of a silent Hodgkin-Huxley neuron to sinusoidal signal are simulated by virtue of the method of numerical simulation, which are described by devil’s-staircase-like structure curves and the interspike intervals distribution diagrams. How the mean firing rate and the interspike intervals change with the frequency and amplitude of input is analyzed, respectively. The shape of the devil’s-staircase-like structure curves differs from each other when the intensity of input is changed. In each curve, there exist regular and irregular firings. Moreover, a regular firing occurs after some irregular ones in a given higher frequency range. When irregular firing occurs, the forcing frequency of input required increases with the amplitude. The values of ISIs can be single, double or irregular, which depends on the frequency of input signal when changing its amplitude. There are many typical ISIs series different from that reported recently: regular-bifurcate, regular-bifurcate-regular, irregular-regular-bifurcate, regular- irregular and bifurcate ISIs emerge alternatively -regular.
