【摘要】 为了调查山西省阳泉市等地区食管癌高发病率的原因并探讨家族中有食管癌史的对食管癌发病率的影响。我们以原卟啉作为癌瘤的分子标志物 ,建立了通过血清荧光的检测进行恶性肿瘤诊断的方法 ,开展了食管癌流行病学调查。采用双盲法对 10位已确诊为食管癌的患者及其 56户有血缘关系的亲属共 3 16人进行了血清荧光检测。查出 56例阳性 ,其中包括 10位食管癌患者 ,对其余 46人进行了胃镜检查 ,未发现癌症 ,待继续随访查证。在普查过程中我们观察到 ,阳性例出现在 40年— 70年龄段的占阳性例的 80 % ;阳性例出现在 15户人家 ,5口人之家出现 2例阳性的有 3户 ,10口人之家出现 3例阳性的有 1户 ,10位食管癌患者的家庭出现 2例阳性的有 3户 ,呈现出家系性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the causes of the high incidence of esophagus cancer around the region of Yangquan in Shanxi province and probe into the influence from the kindred disease history, a fluorescence spectral diagnostic method was established using protoporphyrin IX as the index molecule. In this method, the fluorescence spectrum of the serum was analyzed to diagnose the malignant tumors. With this method, a survey of esophagus cancer had been made to 316 people with 10 cancer patients and all the others from the kindred families of the patients. Each spectrum was analyzed without knowing whom it belongs to. And 56 spectra showed the positive results. It turned out that the spectra obtained from the 10 patients’ sera all showed positive results. The other 46 positive results need further investigation to be verified in the subsequent years. Among these positive results, 80% of them came from the people aged between 40 to 70. All the positive results came from 15 families, and 2 out of 5 members had positive results in 3 families, 3 out of 10 members had positive results in one family. Among the 10 patients’ families, 3 of them had two members with positive results. The result appears the household feature.更多还原
