【Abstract】 BRCA2 protein encoding by BRCA2 gene is required for the maintenance of chromosomal stability in mammalian cells and function in the biological response to DNA damage. This review will demonstrate the mechanisms that lead to the repair of DNA double strand breaks and the function of tumor suppression through the structural research of BRCA2 protein in recent years.更多还原
